Return Policy, Terms, Conditions, Warranty & Shipping Information
You may return for exchange or credit any normally stocked item within 30 days from the date of invoice. To return any item, please contact a Magnification Resources, Inc., Customer Service Representative at 1-866-278-1850 Monday through Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM CST. Request a Return Authorization number. The Return Authorization (RA) number must be marked on the package. Please Note: We cannot accept delivery of any returned packages without a Return Authorization (RA) number displayed on the exterior of the returned package. Please include a copy of your original purchase invoice. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on all returns.
Returned merchandise must be sent back in the original cartons along with original packing materials, manuals, instructions and warranty information. The cost of replacing these or any missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount.
Non-Returnable Items: Used personal care products and items used on the body (unless defective) cannot be returned. Special ordered merchandise is non refundable. Any software packaging that has been opened is not returnable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. (Except when the product is defective)

Payment:
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Master Card and Discover), money orders, commercial checks, Vouchers or Purchase Orders from State, Municipal & Governmental subdivisions and Schools. Business terms may be extended to commercial accounts after receipt of credit application
Shipping & Handling Rates:
UPS is our primary shipping method. We calculate the actual shipping rate based on the weight and destination of your order. We include a handling charge. Shipping charges may be paid by us for larger orders reaching certain quantities.
Loss & Damage From Shipping:
You must keep the shipping carton and its contents for inspection as a result of a loss or damage claim (even if the box appears to be undamaged). You must report losses or damages to Magnification Resources, Inc., immediately upon discovery. Magnification Resources, Inc., cannot refund or replace products without 1st investigating a claim with the shipping carrier. The shipping carton and its contents must be available for a loss/damage claim inspection.
Refunds & Returns:
A Return Authorization is required for all returned product. Please review our policy below. As stated, returns can be subject to a 15% restocking charge (call for details) and shipping & handling costs are not refundable.
