Introducing the "Demo Kit" Whether you work with your patients in your office, their office or in their home, you will want to have a variety of devices to assist them with their vision related goals. We have put together a customizable kit to help you meet the needs of your patients. Every thing you need in just one case. You have the ability to choose what devices are in your case. We are able to put absolutely any low vision aid in your case for you. Once a patient tries and is comfortable with one of these devices, we then make it extremely easy for you to assist them in obtaining that solution. We will provide you with order forms listing each device and the sales price. At the top of the form is an area to fill out with the patient's name, address and phone number along with your name and number. You will simply check off the items requested, add it up, collect the funds (or let us take care of that) and fax the form to us. We will ship the devices to them within 2 business days. EASY!!
